Simon Hill

The son of an Afrikaans father and a German mother, Simon has always known a multilingual household. He read his first storybook at the age of four and has been a wordsmith ever since. He completed a BA Languages and Literature through UNISA followed by a Post-graduate Diploma in Translation and Interpreting at Stellenbosch University. Upon joining Folio, he excelled in Afrikaans translation and project management. When Simon is not managing the needs and demands of South African clients or honing his skills as a creative translator and copywriter, he spends time with his German wife and four children.

Secret superpower: Finding mistakes in the most perfectly written text.
